Extract, analyse and interpret data relating to security incidents, breaches and vulnerabilities so as to identify new and emerging threats, root causes and problematic stores, facilities and or sites with a view of presenting the BU Managers with a consolidated view of physical security issues, threats and risks together with recommendation on how to best mitigate the same through effective and appropriate resource allocation and utilization of physical, electronic and procedural controls. 5. Ensure that regular surveys of stores and facilities are conducted using the corporate risk assessment and GAP analysis framework. Implement mechanisms to measure and identify high risk stores, activities and merchandise whilst ensuring that effective remedial action has been proposed and implemented by third party security contractors within accepted parameters and failing which, enables the prompt escalation to the affected business managers. 6.
