Requirements for the successful Sales Manager / Sales Executive:

– 3+ years experience in the UAE steel market with market intelligence and knowledge of raw steel product types. However, cross–training can be provided for the right person
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Self–driven, results–motivated and an aggressive go–getter
– Must be able to manage, train and motivate the small existing sales team
– Must be able to work with the Managing Director in setting and monitoring sales & marketing plans, performing customer analysis and identifying, developing and retaining new customers
– Comfortable and effective in acting as a catalyst for the growth of the companys business
– Holds a valid UAE driving licence
– Fluent in Hindi and English
